Care plans

A site is not finished when it launches.

A site left completely alone doesn't stay the way it launched. Software falls out of date, backups quietly stop running or never existed, hosting renewals lapse without anyone noticing, and nobody's looking until something breaks.

A care plan is the difference between a site that was good once and a site that stays good.

What's not included

Kept out on purpose.

Scope creep is how a fixed quote turns into a fight. Here's what sits outside this service.

  • Hosting and domain renewal fees themselves, the plan covers managing them, not the cost of them
  • Design or development beyond the included monthly hours, quoted before it's booked
  • Emergency same-day fixes outside the plan's response window, unless you're on Keystone

Questions

Before you ask.

What counts as an "hour" of included work?

Content edits, small layout tweaks, plugin or CMS updates, that kind of thing. Not a full rebuild or new feature.

What happens if I go over my included hours?

Extra time is quoted before it's booked. It's never billed as a surprise on the next invoice.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Plans are month to month, with 30 days' notice to move up, down, or cancel.

Do you manage sites you didn't build?

In most cases, yes, after a short audit to see what's actually there and whether anything needs fixing first.

What if I only need hosting managed, not ongoing edits?

Foundation is built for exactly that: light-touch, mostly hands-off, with an hour spare if you need it.

Is there a contract?

No fixed term. Month to month, cancel or change with 30 days' notice.
